Floor one

Aurelio Pence

Processing and closing

Keeps the file moving and tells you the truth about the timeline.

A written character. Not a real person.

Floor two

What this character is for

Aurelio would be the person actually collecting documents, ordering the appraisal and chasing the title company.

He declines to publish an average closing time, on the grounds that it is set by the appraiser’s calendar and the seller’s attorney rather than by the lender.

Every person on this demonstration’s team page exists to carry one argument the site wanted to make about lending, so that the argument has somebody attached to it rather than floating free in marketing copy. That is the whole of the fiction: there is no career history here, no volume closed, no award, and no number that could be mistaken for a record of anything.

Floor three

What would sit on this desk

At a real lender, these are the three things this role would spend its week on — and each one has a page here that does the arithmetic instead.

Document collection

Appraisal and title

Closing disclosure review

The people above are fictional, written to show how a lender’s team page can be structured. Their portraits are geometric marks, not photographs, because a demo should not publish a stranger’s face. A live site would list each originator’s NMLS ID here.

Licence

Not published

A real originator’s NMLS ID would sit here. Why this one does not is on thelicensing page.

Nothing on this page reaches anyone. If you want the thing a phone call would have been for, the calculators will answer it faster and show you the rule they followed — and Storey Home Lending would not be able to quote you anything anyway, since it publishes no rates and holds no licence.
